| How to Uninstall AV
Archive The "system" computer's uninstall program must be used to remove the AV Archive system software. The "system" computer is identified by its "Uninstall AV Archive" option under the "AV Archive 2.0d" item on the Windows start menu. (Shared Network Installation) Each additional computer that is installed as a "user" of AV Archive is removed by running the uninstall program at each computer. A "user" computer is identified by its "Uninstall Archive(u)" option under the "AV Archive 2.0d" item on the Windows start menu. Keep in mind that if you select the uninstall "system" option for a network installation, all other "users" on the network will no longer have access to AV Archive. Appendix

2000. Years are displayed in "YYYY" format for the year 2000 and beyond.

| Reason 1 : You probably do not have write access to your network. Close programs that are running. Make sure that you have write access to ArcView's "/EXT32" folder and that you have write access to the drive or folder where you are installing AV Archive. Install AV Archive again. Reason 2 : The AV Archive system software has been uninstalled and a "user" computer is still installed. Reinstall the AV Archive "system" and "users". |
